Graduated in mathematics and law, Victor Levy advises clients on competition law with an analytical and business oriented mind.
Victor has a strong experience in merger control filings with the European Commission, the French Competition Authority and other merger control authorities throughout the world. Involved in complex cases, he regularly advises clients on integration planning issues.
Victor also advises clients on the structuring of their commercial and distribution contracts and assists them in antitrust proceedings before the European Commission or the French Competition Authority.
He also has a long track-record of litigation and settlement of follow-on damage claims.
Victor is a member of the New York and Paris bars.
Representative experience
Advising Saint-Louis Sucre in its successful antitrust complaint against Tereos before the French Competition Authority.
Assisting Lafarge in its €42 billion merger with Holcim including coordination of filings in 20 jurisdictions.
Notification to the European Commission, in China and in Turkey of the acquisition by BPI of joint control over CMA CGM.
Assisting various companies from the consumer goods sector before commercial courts in the context of follow-on damage claims.
