Leonie combines her legal education at universities in Munich and Oslo with a strong academic focus on civil procedure and corporate law. During her studies and several years as a research assistant at a chair for civil and corporate law, she developed a sustained interest in corporate disputes and litigation strategy. As part of her legal clerkship at the Munich Higher Regional Court, including three months at Hogan Lovells’ New York City office, Leonie gained further exposure to corporate litigation in international law firm environments. Internships with other large law firms as well as an international strategy consultency complemented her legal training by deepening her understanding of economic decision‑making, risk assessment and business structures.
