Gabriel represents and advises lenders and corporate borrowers on a variety of secured and unsecured financial transactions in domestic and cross-border financing transactions across a wide range of industries, including financial services, retail, life sciences, health care, technology, food and beverage, hospitality and telecommunications. His experience includes asset-based financing, cash flow loans, working capital revolving credit financing, and cross-border credits.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Gabriel commenced his career in a national firm in Chicago where he advised banks and other financial institutions in structuring secured and unsecured debt and was recognized for his contributions to pro bono projects.
Representative experience
Represented an Agent in a $500m delayed draw syndicated term loan to finance a joint venture in the mixed-fleet precision agriculture market.
Represented direct lender as Agent in respect to $20m asset-based revolving line to a Company engaged in providing technology solutions.
Represent a company in $120m combined revolving and term loan facility.
Represented a company in refinancing a $350m term loan syndicated facility.
