Catherine is a senior associate in our international corporate practice in London who advises on a broad range of cross-border corporate matters including mergers and acquisition, equity capital markets, reorganisations, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory matters. 

Catherine has worked on deals across our global offices and has experience in leading multi-jurisdictional teams to successfully execute complex corporate transactions. 

In 2017 Catherine assisted the M&A legal department of Airbus Group in Toulouse, France, for six months. She has also undertaken secondments to Smiths Medical in London and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and the Westpac Banking Corporation in Australia. 

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Catherine practiced in the corporate group of a national law firm in Sydney.

Representative experience

Acted for AmerisourceBergen on its US$6.47 billion acquisition of Alliance Healthcare from Walgreens Boots Alliance.

Acted for Shaftesbury plc on its £300m capital raise.

Acted for Liberum Capital Limited and Goldman Sachs International on the £105m capital raising for Ted Baker.

Advising Trilantic Europe on its acquisition of the James Grant Group.

Acted for Martello, a Dublin-based leader in global aviation asset management and financial and technology solutions, on the sale of the Stellwagen Group to Acasta Enterprises (Canada).

Represented AXA on various transactions including the disposal by way of auction sale of HAPS.
