Zuzanna is an associate in our Corporate/M&A team, advising clients on both public and private M&A across various sectors, including life sciences, telecommunications, infrastructure and insurance. She also supports clients on general corporate advisory matters.

Zuzanna trained at the firm and qualified in August 2023. As part of her career, Zuzanna was previously seconded to the firm’s corporate M&A practice in Singapore.

Viatris, Inc., a global pharmaceuticals group, on a series of general corporate advisory matters.

CVC as it joined KKR in the acquisition of Superstruct Entertainment, one of the world’s premier live entertainment groups.

State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic on its acquisition of an indirect 10% equity stake in the Tamar gas field, one of the largest gas fields in the Mediterranean basin.
