Niklas Knop

He assists you in negotiations and the drafting, reviewing and revising of B2B- and B2C-contracts in the areas of purchasing, sales, distribution, rental, leasing and logistics. This also includes advice on out-of-court disputes with contractual partners. In addition, Niklas advises on regulatory and consumer protection law issues. In this context, he also deals with the challenges of current legislative changes for companies or the impact of political developments in the world on existing contractual relationships.

Already during his legal traineeship in Munich, Niklas gained experience in dealing with distribution networks at a leading global automotive manufacturer. He completed his studies at the University of Passau.
