Lisa Knodel advises national and international companies on all areas of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademark, domain and unfair competition law. She represents clients from various sectors such as the fashion, media, consumer goods and technology industry.

Lisa supports clients in enforcing trademarks and other intellectual property rights. In addition, her practice includes contract and settlement negotiations and the development of new trademarks. She also advises on unfair competition law, in particular in connection with advertising claims. 

Lisa studied law in Passau and Hamburg. Before joining us, Lisa was responsible for intellectual property law at a medium-sized law firm. In the course of this work, she also acquired in-depth knowledge of the aviation industry and, in this context, attended numerous court hearings throughout Germany.
