Moritz supports companies on the set up and management of internal investigations and has particular experience in advising on post-investigation civil litigation procedures.
Moritz Knauseder studied law at the University of Salzburg and completed his Austrian bar exam at the Higher Regional Court of Linz. Before joining Hogan Lovells, Moritz gained extensive experience in criminal defense at a boutique law firm specialized in criminal law.
In addition to a stay abroad at the University of Rotterdam and an internship at the Austrian Economic and Trade Delegation in Oman, he also worked as a research assistant in the Department of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law at the University of Salzburg.
