Clients turn to Samantha Seiden for advice on complex domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions. Samantha has participated in the representation of public and private companies in the technology and life sciences sectors.
In 2017, Samantha graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School. While at Notre Dame, Samantha served as the executive editor of the Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy. She also served as the secretary of the Business Law Forum, the captain of the Transactional Competition Team, and the vice president of entertainment of the Sports, Communications, and Entertainment Law Forum.
During her third year at Notre Dame, Samantha offered pro bono transactional legal services to nonprofits and small businesses through the Community Development Clinic, where she helped her clients structure nonprofit organizations, corporations, partnerships, and LLCs. She also advised and represented clients on the purchase and sale of real property as well as on licensing, employment, and regulatory matters.
