Benjamin Kim advises clients on intellectual property, media, and technology issues. His work covers many industries including e-commerce, transportation, entertainment, and financial services.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Benjamin externed at the Eastern District of Virginia and the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. During law school he also served as the Executive Articles Editor for the William & Mary Business Law Review.
Benjamin is involved in various pro bono matters including representing children as guardian ad litem in highly contentious custody disputes and advising a non-profit organization with intellectual property issues.
