Benjamin Kim is a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex intellectual property, media, and technology matters. With a practice spanning diverse industries such as e-commerce, logistics, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and financial technologies, Benjamin brings a nuanced understanding of the legal and business challenges his clients face in today’s fast-evolving landscape. He routinely advises clients on intellectual property licenses, telecommunications services arrangements, collaboration agreements, supply and distribution agreements and IP aspects of corporate transactions.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Benjamin gained valuable experience through an externship with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. During his time at law school, he served as the Executive Articles Editor for the William & Mary Business Law Review.
