Julia Kellner advises and represents national and international clients in the pre-trial stage as well as before German courts. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on the automotive industry, where she assists clients in both contentious proceedings and out-of-court dispute resolution.
Julia studied law at the University of Göttingen and completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Braunschweig. During her studies and clerkship, she specialised in civil and civil procedural law and further developed her expertise as a research assistant at a chair focusing on civil procedure law. During her elective stage, she worked in the litigation team at Hogan Lovells, gaining practical experience in complex disputes.
