Reshard focuses his practice on project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial transactions across the energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors. He advises clients on deal structuring, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, with particular experience in multijurisdictional transactions involving renewable energy and infrastructure development.
Prior to rejoining Hogan Lovells, Reshard served as a Partner at Frost & Fire Consulting, a legal and business strategy consultancy where he acted as outside general counsel to US and European companies, structuring and negotiating joint ventures, equity investments, and commercial agreements. In that capacity, he also served as embedded Senior Vice President of Commercial & Legal for a renewable energy development company and as Legal Advisor to Albania's state-owned natural gas transmission and distribution operator.
He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2013, and holds an M.S. in Criminal Justice and a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics, both from Coppin State University. Reshard is admitted to the Maryland State Bar and the Albanian Chamber of Lawyers and is fluent in English and Albanian.
