Adam Keller advises on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development across a range of asset classes. He represents lenders, borrowers, investors, and developers in multifamily, healthcare, resort and entertainment, sports, office, data center, and industrial real estate matters. Adam has significant experience negotiating commercial leases and leading real estate due diligence for high-value corporate transactions.
Adam brings a practical, results-driven approach informed by more than a decade working at the intersection of real property rights, title, and energy-related real estate transactions. Before joining Hogan Lovells, he led land acquisition strategy for a leading private equity-backed carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) developer, where he managed the acquisition of surface and subsurface land rights for multiple point-source CCS projects across the Midwest.
