Kathrin studied law at Humboldt University of Berlin, in Istanbul and Leuven, Belgium. She first joined our litigation team as a research assistant in 2021, gaining experience in a variety of litigation matters. During her clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin, she worked i.a. at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action and clerked with an Attorney at the Federal Court of Justice. Over the course of her legal education, she also took part in various mediation and negotiation trainings.
Kathrin's university years were marked by her involvement in competitive university debating, where she developed strong analytic and argumentative skills. She also volunteered her time serving as legal counsel for the German, Austrian and Swiss Association of University Debate Clubs for two years.
