Katherine Bastian's familiarity with a broad range of trademark- and trade dress-related issues, including brand counseling, clearance, prosecution, licensing, domestic and international portfolio management, enforcement, and complex litigation, makes her a go-to associate for all things trademark.
She works with a diverse array of clients, including in the fields of food and beverage, health care, and technology. Katherine has appeared in federal court as well as before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) on cases involving claims of infringement, unfair competition, fraud, abandonment, functionality, and false advertising.
