Christophe-Marc Juvanon is a counsel in our Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions practice in Paris.

Christophe-Marc’s practice covers a wide range of both domestic and international corporate and M&A transactions. He advises listed and non-listed companies, as well as private equity funds. 

Representative experience

- Advising Chevron on its over US$1.3bn disposal of upstream assets in the Republic of Congo and Angola to Trident Energy Production Ltd.

- Advising Astek on its historic €560 million financing and the development of new strategic partnerships. Astek as a strategic partner and provides 110 million euros of financing to the company.

- Astek is also securing bond financing of up to €450 million with longstanding partner H.I.G. Capital, Apollo Capital Management and Partners Group.

- Advising TDF on the sale of its fibre optic networks to DIF Capital Partners.

 

- Advising Capital Banking Solutions (CBS), a software publisher for banks, on the acquisition of a majority stake in its capital by Amethis.

- Advising China Baowu Steel Group ("Baowu"), the world's largest steelmaker, on its investment in the Simandou mining and infrastructure project in the Republic of Guinea, 

a landmark project that currently stands as the largest mining and infrastructure project in Africa, involving total investments of around US$15 billion.

- Advising the founders of Novelpay and its subsidiary Pax France on the sale of its capital and voting rights in Novelpay and Pax France to MarketPay.

- Advising the Bertrand Group and its subsidiary, Burger King France, on the acquisition of several Burger King restaurants in La Réunion.

- Advising the founders of Novelpay and its subsidiary Pax France on the sale of its capital and voting rights in Novelpay and Pax France to MarketPay.

- Advising the Bertrand Group and its subsidiary, Burger King France, on the acquisition of several Burger King restaurants in La Réunion.
