ICC international arbitration – Counsel to minority shareholders in a dispute over the forced sale of their participation in a leading aquaculture nutrition company

 

ICC international arbitration – Counsel to one of the world’s largest cruise ship company in a dispute concerning breach of a liquefied natural gas supply agreement

Ad‑hoc arbitration – Counsel to mining company in a dispute against an insurance company arising from a Directors and Officers (D&O) liability policy
