Julio Zugasti advises on compliance matters and government contracts, helping clients look for opportunities. He has represented foreign and national clients involved with extensive public procurement procedures and administrative matters at all levels of government.

Julio also has experience working on anti-corruption and antibribery matters, which helps him identify potential risks his clients face throughout their business. He assists domestic and international companies in cases involving government agencies, guides clients through the implementation of compliance policies, and is comfortable guiding clients through white-collar and fraud investigations.

Julio sees how contracts, anti-corruption issues, and general business matters affect one another. He has helped clients resolve contract enforcement problems as painlessly as possible and has improved relationships between clients and public entities, when applicable.

Julio is also involved with aviation matters, including advising aeronautics companies regarding aircraft transactions (e.g., purchase and lease operations) and regulation procedures with the Mexican aviation authorities, among other public entities. Julio also advises clients on all kinds of unmanned aircraft systems related developments in Mexico.

Julio is dedicated to giving back to his community and has participated in activities in support of the Community Investment Program of the Mexico City office. He also enjoys academia.

Represented various transportation companies in the public procurement procedures regarding Mexico City rail transportation.

Involved with the analysis of implementing a major program with the use of drones.
