Kévin Jouvance is an associate in the firm’s Paris office and a member of the Financial Institutions Group within the Corporate practice. He provides regulatory and advisory support to financial services clients.
Kévin advises French and international financial institutions, including banks, payment and e-money institutions, fintech companies, and other regulated entities, on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters. His practice spans both transactional and non-transactional work, with a particular focus on payments, consumer credit, AML/CFT, governance, and EU regulatory compliance affecting their operations in France and across the European Union.
