Jonas Palme advises national and international companies on corporate and capital markets law with focus on M&A. He assists you in corporate restructurings and transactions of all kinds. Addressing both, strategic and financial investors in private equity and venture capital deals, he helps you boost your projects with dedication and entrepreneurship.
Jonas studied law at Bucerius Law School and the University of St. Gallen focusing on corporate and capital markets law. As an industrial business management assistant in the automotive division of a German technology group and working as management consultant, he gained a deep understanding of business management and a good sense for entrepreneurial acting. Relying on these experiences, today he provides legal adivce mainly to the processing industry, technology companies as well as the banking and finance sector.
Besides working in the corporate practice of a leading German law firm, during his legal traineeship Jonas enhanced his knowledge on the regulation of supervisory of stock exchanges and securities transactions at the German Federal Ministry of Finance in Berlin and joined a lobbying assocation for German enterprises at the EU in Brussels.
