Ben Johnson represents public and private companies and private equity sponsors in mergers and acquisitions and other strategic business transactions across a range of industries, including technology, sports and entertainment and healthcare. Ben began his career at Hogan Lovells as a summer associate in 2024.
Ben earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School in 2025, graduating Order of the Coif and serving as an Associate Editor on the Colorado Law Review. Prior to law school, he worked in the securities industry at a global stock exchange and volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate.
