Advising a leading investment fund in relation to a US$70 million incremental facility for refinancing a group of companies.
Advising Oaktree and the receivers, PwC, in relation to the receivership over the development of Grand Homm, a luxury residential property in Hong Kong.
Advising a leading bank against a potential action by the liquidators of a Hong Kong construction company in relation to payments made after the presentation of a winding up petition.
