Soojin Jeong helps clients navigate dynamic privacy and cybersecurity issues. Soojin assists in a range of matters, including government investigations, data breach response and litigation, and client counselling on compliance with privacy and security laws.
Soojin graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of The Regulatory Review. During law school, she also interned at a privacy non-profit and externed at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Soojin participated in a Transnational Legal Clinic to develop asylum claims for clients and maintains an active pro bono practice on immigration matters.
Prior to law school, Soojin worked at a federal regulatory agency on matters related to data privacy and consumer protection.
