As a corporate litigator, James practices litigation and appeals in both state and federal court, in administrative agencies, and before arbitral tribunals. Clients turn to James for complex commercial matters, including class-action litigation, health care industry disputes, products liability matters, civil RICO actions, and breach of contract and tortious interference claims.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, James served as a Legislative Intern for the Insurance and Banking Subcommittee of the Florida House of Representatives, as a Florida Gubernatorial Fellow in Florida's Division of Strategic Business Development, and as a Senior Advisor to a top Florida public affairs and strategic communications firm.
