Isabel Stellmann advises national and international companies on complex M&A transactions, joint venture transactions and corporate reorganizations. She also advises a wide range of core corporate legal matters as well as insurance law issues.
Isabel studied law at the University of Bayreuth, where she also completed a business and economics supplementary program. She spent a research fellowship at the University of Kingston upon Hull, England. During her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf she worked for the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority and the European Central Bank.
