Ashley Ifeadike provides business-oriented advice to help clients navigate the complex regulatory requirements of the rapidly evolving health care industry.

Ashley advises clients on state and federal health regulatory issues, including matters related to Medicare coverage and reimbursement, government price reporting, M&A transactions, and pre-merger antitrust clearance.  She understands the unique partnership between the public and private sector that underpins the health care industry in the United States, and builds off her experience in both sectors to provide actionable solutions and advice.  Ashley seeks not only to guide clients through difficult challenges when they arise but to empower clients to grow their businesses and provide better access to care for patients across the country.

Prior Hogan Lovells, Ashley worked in corporate strategy for one of the nation's largest health insurance companies.  Based on her role in helping the company develop a new integrated care strategy, she co-authored a Harvard Business School case study on health strategy development and execution.  Ashley also has experience working on health access and equity issues with the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the White House Covid-19 Health Equity Task Force. Ashley continues to focus on issues related to health equity and social determinants of health through her pro bono work, including her work in reproductive rights, housing justice, and criminal justice.
