As part of the Hogan Lovells Financial Services Litigation team, Andrew Holland has experience in a wide variety of litigation, investigations and contentious regulatory matters.
Andrew regularly assists a range of clients, predominantly in the financial services sector, with their contentious matters. His work often involves an international element and he has experience advising clients in relation to litigation and regulatory investigations in both the UK and overseas. Andrew has also undertaken secondments to our New York office and to the Litigation, Investigation and Enforcement team of a leading international bank.

Advising a leading UK bank on regulatory investigations into benchmarks in multiple jurisdictions, including the UK and the U.S.
Acting for a leading UK bank in a complex portfolio of litigation arising out of adverse regulatory findings.
Advising a leading bank in relation to a contractual dispute arising out of the sale of a credit card portfolio.
Advising a leading UK bank in relation to claims for mis-selling of interest rate swaps.
Advising a major Russian insurance firm in relation to its breach of contract claim and obtaining a freezing injunction.
Advising a leading UK bank on mis-selling allegations and on engaging with UK regulators in relation to those allegations.
Advising a fund in relation to a complex shareholder dispute.
Advising in respect of potential breaches of the Market Abuse Regulation.
