Kaitlyn has experience representing public and private companies in a range of industries, including technology, health care, and life sciences. Her transactional work has included mergers and acquisitions and other business combinations, divestitures, and joint ventures.
At Hogan Lovells, Kaitlyn sits on the Los Angeles office’s Inclusion Committee and Summer Associate Committee. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells as an associate, Kaitlyn was a member of the firm’s summer associate program. Kaitlyn shapes her analytical approach to solving her clients’ issues by leveraging her experience gained in law school externing for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
