Kacey Hirtle advises clients navigating complex internal and government investigations involving sensitive regulatory issues. She represents companies facing scrutiny from federal enforcement authorities and helps to guide them through the risks associated with criminal and civil enforcement actions. Kacey has significant experience supporting clients facing investigations arising under the False Claims Act and the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
