As a Senior Associate in the Commercial Litigation, Financial Services and Investigations team, Madeline focuses on financial services litigation and other commercial disputes on a range of issues and for a variety of clients. She has experience of litigating multi-party commercial disputes, including with a cross-border element. Madeline has also undertaken a secondment to a commercial banking litigation team of a leading UK bank.
