Steven Higgins is an associate in the Civil Litigation group, where he helps clients navigate complex, high‑stakes disputes.

He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame before earning his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif. While at UVA, he participated in the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic and received the Bracewell Advocacy Award.

Steven began his career at Hogan Lovells as a summer associate. Before rejoining the firm, he clerked for Judge Norman K. Moon of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia and Judge Barbara Keenan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
