Taylor supports clients on various complex transactional and advisory matters, ranging from private and public cross-border mergers and acquisitions, funds transactions and equity capital market transactions covering initial public offerings as well as secondary raises.
Taylor trained and qualified at the firm in August 2019 and has since represented international and domestic clients across a number of industry sectors including real estate, healthcare and technology. He has advised clients ranging from well-established FTSE-100 listed companies to private equity sponsors and large financial institutions.
As part of his career, Taylor was seconded to Numis Securities Limited, investment banking legal team, on client secondment (2022) and our international office in Singapore (2019).

CVC as it joined KKR in the acquisition of Superstruct Entertainment, one of the world’s premier live entertainment groups.
CPI Property Group S.A. on its €1.57bn joint hostile takeover (with Aroundtown SA) of, Globalworth Real Estate Investments.
AmerisourceBergen on its US$6.47bn acquisition of Alliance Healthcare from Walgreens Boots Alliance.
Smart Metering Systems on its recommended £1.3bn takeover offer by KKR.
Tetra Tech on its successful contested £636m takeover offer of RPS Group.
Mail.ru Group on its US$600m debt and equity fundraising.
Eurazeo and Committed Advisors as co-lead investors on €230m continuation fund raised by Capvis AG for Hessnatur, Arena and Kaffee Partners.
