Hannah advises on a range of investment funds matters across a diverse client base, working with supranational development finance institutions, pension schemes, investment banks and asset managers, amongst others.
With a focus on private funds, she has, over her time in the Investment Funds team, worked both on the launch of funds as well providing carefully-tailored advice to her investor clients, in each case across a broad spectrum of asset classes. In recent years she has expanded her practice to include co-investments and secondaries work alongside developing her interest in the impact space.
Representative experience
Acting for a number of development finance institutions on their investments in various private equity and debt funds, both individually and as part of investor consortia
Advising Prudential M&G on various matters including the establishment of an open-ended real estate fund established in Luxembourg
Advising a major financial institution's U.K. Retirement Fund on its investments into private equity, hedge and other alternative investment funds
Acting for Pantheon on various primary and secondary investment matters, including LP transfers and continuation funds
