Xochitl helps clients navigate complex and cutting-edge regulatory issues in the areas of life sciences and health care. She advises clients on matters ranging from government investigations, fraud and abuse matters, and business transactions, to new product development and drug pricing. Xochitl also maintains an active pro bono practice assisting clients with housing matters, immigration matters, and access to benefits for veterans.
While attending law school, Xochitl served as Senior Articles Editor for the American University Law Review, Deans Fellow for the legal research and writing program, and research assistant to a professor in food and drug law. Prior to law school Xochitl worked in the areas of administration and recruiting of a national law firm.
