Emily Goldenberg has extensive experience helping clients in multidistrict and class action litigations, as well as government investigations. She has experience in all stages of litigation, with a particular emphasis on discovery and pre-trial motions. She has represented multinational companies across a wide range of industries, including health care, automotive, and publishing.  

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Emily clerked for the Honorable Robin M. Meriweather of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia for two years. She also worked as an associate at another international law firm in Washington, D.C.    

Emily graduated with honors from University of Michigan Law School. During her time in law school, she was a member of the Michigan Law Review and on the executive board for the school's Oral Advocacy Competition. She was also awarded the Jack C. Radcliffe Jr. Award, a peer-nominated award given to one legal writing course teaching assistant for excellence in mentoring law students.
