Giada provides day-to-day assistance to a number of clients and she has recently been seconded to a multinational company operating in the IT sector for a significant period of time. Giada has acquired a good business grasp that allows her to see issues from the client's perspective. Furthermore, she has gained experience in a wide range of litigation matters. Giada has held seminars at clients’ premises on anti-discrimination and correct management of the employment relationship.
Over the years, Giada has developed her extensive experience in advising national and international clients operating in different sectors on a wide range of employment issues, from the beginning of the employment relationship until its termination in both contentious and non-contentious matters. In 2009, Giada obtained a Master of Laws from Queen Mary University of London.
