Mike has represented clients in high-stakes cases involving all aspects of antitrust law, including mergers and acquisitions, price-fixing, market allocation, exclusive dealing, monopolization, and attempted monopolization, among others. He has substantial experience at all stages of litigation, including preliminary injunctions, trials, and appeals.
Mike is also dedicated to public service and was one of the inaugural recipients of Hogan Lovells' Pro Bono Trailblazer Award.
Mike previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carolyn B. McHugh of the U.S. Court of Appeals for theTenth Circuit and the Honorable J. Curtis Joyner of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
