Josh focuses his practice on issues under the jurisdiction of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, Export Administration Regulations, U.S. sanctions laws, and U.S. customs regulations. His specific transactional guidance and compliance program assessments, designs, and implementations are informed by his diverse experience as in-house counsel for an international telecommunications company and as a global trade consultant in a large international accounting firm.
