Isabelle Forrest is an associate in Hogan Lovells’ Corporate, M&A and Commercial practice in Dubai. Isabelle has experience advising on a wide range of complex and high-value corporate transactions including domestic and cross-border private M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, reorganisations and corporate governance. Isabelle has worked with clients globally across a diverse range of sectors including consumer goods, healthcare, industrials and technology.

Advised Puig S.L., on its acquisition of a majority stake in Charlotte Tilbury, the British luxury make-up and skincare brand.

Following the GSK and Pfizer consumer healthcare joint venture, advised on the subsequent demerger of Haleon.*

Advised Lonza AG on its divestment of Lonza Speciality Ingredients to Bain Capital and Cinven.*

Advised Puig S.L., on its acquisition of a majority stake in Byredo, the Swedish fragrance and lifestyle brand.*

Advising Hitachi on its acquisition of the ABB power grids business.*

Advised Ingram Micro (a Platinum Equity entity) on the sale of the Commerce & Lifestyle business to CMA CGM.*

Advised Hyland Software on its acquisition of Nuxeo, the content services platform and DAM provider.*

Advised Baker Hughes on the carve out and sale of Nexus Controls to General Electric.*

Seconded to the Global Legal Department of Unilver in London, providing strategic advice for business and brand teams for various large scale transactions.*
