Chris Fitzpatrick is an antitrust litigator with experience handling domestic and cross-border competition disputes.  He represents clients in all stages of litigation and advises companies on antitrust risk.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Chris was an antitrust associate with the D.C. office of another international law firm, where he represented clients in a variety of industries, including consumer packaged goods, international ocean shipping, automotive parts, and the financial sector.

In addition to antitrust matters, Chris maintains an ongoing pro bono practice representing veterans in applications for medical retirement benefits before various service-branch boards for correction of military records.

Chris began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Brenda Sannes of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, and then to the Honorable Michael Chagares of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. In law school, he was a Senior Editor on the board of the Cornell Law Review.
