Representing a senior British banking executive charged by the SFO and investigated by the FCA in relation to capital raisings conducted during the 2008 financial crisis.*
Representing a major European oil and gas company and its CEO re accusations that they had bribed the Prime Minister of a European state in order to procure control of another company.*
