Enrica Ferrero

Enrica was admitted to the bar of Milan in 2021 after successfully completing the double-degree program in French and Italian Law offered by Università degli Studi di Firenze and Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. 

In the last years, Enrica has acquired a significant experience on contentious matters, assisting international and domestic clients in a wide range of industries, such as life sciences, automotive, energy and consumer goods. 

Enrica, besides having assisted clients in commercial disputes, ADR, as well as in banking and insolvency litigation, is focusing her practice on products law litigation and compliance, especially in the life science sector. Enrica also supports the Investigations, White Collar & Compliance team, particularly in cases where products non-compliance may entail criminal liability.
