Felix Hütt is a fully qualified German and European Patent Attorney and European Patent Litigator before the UPC. He advises national and international clients in patent infringement and validity proceedings.

He combines comprehensive scientific knowledge and deep understanding of complex technical issues with legal expertise in intellectual property law. He supports national and international clients in litigation proceedings and provides his technical expertise to the attorneys-at-law at our firm.

He also has extensive experience on patent prosecution cases in various technology areas, specializing in particular in the field of electrical engineering, semiconductor technology, mobile communication, optics and software.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Felix worked as a patent attorney trainee at an internationally active patent law firm. He acquired in-depth experience of legal problems during his training at a patent litigation chamber of the Regional Court of Mannheim as well as at the German Patent and Trademark Office and the Federal Patent Court in Munich.
