Fleming Farrell helps clients navigate complex civil litigation. She has experience in all stages of litigation, including motions to dismiss, e-discovery, class certifications, motions for summary judgment, settlements, and trial.

Fleming is also passionate about her pro bono practice, with a focus on child advocacy and working with survivors of domestic violence. In 2024, she was recognized as a “Pro Bono Trailblazer” for her dedicated efforts on behalf of her pro bono clients.

While attending Duke University School of Law, Fleming was an editor of the Duke Law Journal. Fleming has a strong foundation in litigation, having worked as a paralegal at Hogan Lovells prior to law school.
