The ongoing defence of Royal Mail in opt-out collective proceedings seeking circa £1 billion in damages on behalf of purchasers of bulk mail services.
Defending Royal Mail in a follow-on damages claim for loss of profits brought by postal delivery company Whistl.*
Acting for various claimants in follow-on damages claim brought in respect of the Trucks cartel, including corporate claimants in both the ‘First Wave’ and ‘Second Wave’.*
