Fabrizio Grillo, whose academic career includes one year at University of Leiden (The Netherlands), joined our firm in 2008 as member of Employment Law team. 

Fabrizio deals with several aspects of employment matters, such as disputes, executives' and employees' agreements, relationships and dismissals, redundancy and collective dismissal procedures, corporate transactions, and every-day management of human resources. 

His experience covers assistance to international clients within several and diverse industries such as automotive, energy, online travels, and life sciences.
