Joshua Everett acts for clients in the development, financing and acquisitions of energy and infrastructure projects. While Josh has advised on project financings and infrastructure transactions across Australia and New Zealand, his main practice focus has been in the greenfield development and financing of renewable energy projects. In particular, he has a passion for creativity in solving the many novel problems faced by clients who are constantly breaking new ground in the energy transition.
In addition to obtaining Honours in his study of law at the University of New South Wales, Josh completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the university with a focus on accounting and finance, training which he regularly applies in considering his client's business needs and the wider commercial factors impacting their deals.
