Rebecca is a senior associate in our Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Projects (IERP) practice. She handles transactional construction work across both domestic and international projects.
With a special focus on major infrastructure and energy projects, Rebecca has global experience across a variety of sectors (including energy and natural resources, transport infrastructure, commercial development and social infrastructure). She supports on bespoke and standard form construction contracts (including those based on FIDIC, NEC and JCT), professional appointments, security instruments and ancillary documentation.
Representative experience
A Tier 1 UK contractor on numerous contracts for the design and construction works across separate prisons for the UK Ministry of Justice as part of the AHDP and SSHP programmes (based on NEC4).
A leading London university, in its capacity as member of an SPV, on the design and construction contracts for significant upgrade works to the Bloomsbury Heat and Power Network (based on NEC4).
A Tier 1 UK contractor on its tender for the utilities and civils lots in respect of a new infrastructure delivery programme for the Sellafield nuclear decommissioning project (based on NEC4).
A Tier 1 UK contractor on the design, construction and commissioning of a c.£475m Gigaplant at IAMP, Sunderland and its subsequent tender for a further Gigaplant at the same location (based on JCT).
An international contractor on an EPC contract for an energy-from-waste project in Doncaster (based on IChemE).
