Jay Epstein focuses his practice on commercial litigation and product liability matters, including individual actions, mass torts, multidistrict litigation, and class actions in both federal and state courts across the country.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Jay served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Justice Jonathan Biran on the Supreme Court of Maryland. Jay graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from the University of Maryland School of Law. While there, Jay served as a member of the Maryland Law Review. Jay earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia prior to pursuing a legal career.
