Engeline's practice focuses on the enforcement and defence of intellectual property rights in litigation proceedings. In this context, she advises in preliminary injunction and main court proceedings as well as in out-of-court disputes and office-proceedings. In addition, Engeline represents her clients in contract and settlement negotiations regarding intellectual property matters.
Engeline studied law at the Bucerius Law School, Hamburg and at the Tel Aviv University. During her legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, she worked, inter alia, for Hogan Lovells, the Federal Ministery for Economic Affairs and the European Commission in Brussels. Following this, Engeline began her doctoral studies at the University of Mannheim on a topic related to press law. As part of her doctoral studies, she completed a research stay at Columbia Law School, New York City.
